Staff responses to complaints were unprofessional, and the environment feels unsafe, with various unsavory activities happening nearby. Lastly, the promised amenities like breakfast and a gym are nonexistent. It's an experience that leaves much to be desired.

We had a lovely night in a well-kept Deluxe Room with a King Bed, and the patio area was a nice touch for relaxing. The pool looked inviting, even though we didn't get to use it this time. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a pleasant experience! 😊

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, pets allowed, and a great swimming pool. The staff once helped me print important documents, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay!

The bathroom was not in great shape either, featuring stained fixtures and a toilet that made unsettling noises after flushing. There was also no basic toiletries provided aside from a wall dispenser, which didn't have the expected soap quality. To top it off, a noticeable demographic of questionable characters frequented the premises, which could be uncomfortable for visitors not accustomed to that scene.

Great stop for business travelers

I’ve gotta say, the staff was outstanding they really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Especially Misty at the front desk, her attitude and service could put any manager to shame, she’s a real gem!

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what you get, it’s still acceptable.

Not what I expected

I stayed 1 night in a Deluxe Room with a King Bed. The room was pretty standard and needed some repairs. The breakfast was basic, but I appreciated the nearby dinner spots the staff recommended. There were a few issues like unclear deposit policies and limited amenities like a dirty pool. Won't be rushing back.
